Wild about Truffles

October marks the start of the truffle season, signifying luxury to even the most jaded palates. Considered the most expensive food in the world, MLH has done justice and created an extravagant yet tasteful menu to choose from. On from 24th to 31st October 2013 at the Governor’s Restaurant and Seafood Cove, all day on an “a la carte” basis. The truffle-laden week will consist of the following even desserts:

Tempura Asparagus
with a Soft Poached Egg, Hollandaise and Black Truffle

Seared Bay Scallops
with Pea Puree and Truffle Butter

Free range Australian Beef Fillet
with Quail Egg and White Truffle

The Crab and Truffle Burger
Blue Swimmer Crab Pattie, Mixed Salad Leaves and Truffle Mayo on Toasted Brioche with Hand cut Fries

Wild Mushroom Ravioli
Sage and Truffle Butter

Filet Mignon with Bearnaise Sauce
Truffle Mash and Sauteed Greens

Truffle infused Olive Oil Ice Cream
